Our Story

In 1928, Grandpa Wagner set out on his first home service call here in Albuquerque. He traveled to that home on his bicycle. Nearly a hundred years later, the company that bears his name has grown past his wildest dreams. We’ve certainly traded out the bicycles for service vans! Yet, in all the decades of change, we’ve never lost sight of what he taught us: people are what matter.

We’re licensed, bonded, and insured

We’re a long-time home services company. As a licensed contractor, we have all the necessary municipal and state permits to complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and installation work. We also carry workers’ compensation coverage and liability insurance to protect you and your home in the event of an accident.

Never work with a home services company that does not carry insurance. If their uninsured worker is injured on the job, you can be held liable. Working with an unlicensed contractor could put your home in jeopardy and make it much more difficult to sell it down the road.

We have the training and tools to do the job

Wagner Mechanical belongs to multiple trade associations, which gives us access to top-quality products and the industry’s best practices and training. Our ‘champion’ technicians attend regular training and safety sessions to stay ahead of the latest cutting-edge techniques.

Wagner Mechanical supports each of these qualified field technicians with experienced field supervisors and office support. Field supervisors are available to provide valuable backup to the technician on every call. The office support personnel can order special parts or help answer customer questions.
