We are looking for a highly motivated Home Comfort Advisor to join the Wagner Mechanical Team as an In-Home Sales Professional. The ideal candidate must have In-Home Sales experience or HVAC experience to be successful in this role. The HVAC Sales Consultant works in the home with new and existing customers while exploring the best possible equipment, home comfort and finance options to fit their customers needs.

This full-time position typically works during normal business hours / evenings to meet your clients needs. There is a Saturday emergency on call shift that rotates weekly.
High School diploma or GED required.

As a critical part of Wagner’s superior service, they will be responsible for timely deliveries and maintaining our warehouse space
